My picks:
Game 1: Oklahoma

Game 2: Tech

Game 3: Oklahoma State

Game 4: Baylor

Game 5: Kansas

Game 6: Tech

Game 7: A&M

Game 8: Texas

Game 9: Kansas

Game 10: A&M

Game 11: A&M

I put Baylor as an upset just because I think they are underated. A&M vs. texas will of course be a good game. A&M vs. OSU will also be good as OSU HAS to basically win the tourney to make the dance. If it is A&M vs. KU in the finals, damn that'll be fun! I can't wait for this weekend and then of course the real tourney!!

I like most of your picks. I would go with ISU over OU. OU has lost like 89374 games in a row and I think that will continue. OSU really needs to win out, they won't, but that fire might get them a game. Baylor only lost by a couple to Mizzou in Columbia so I would pick them too. Those are my only upsets. That includes us. I think KU wins it. Which puts us in great shape for our final four run.
