The Collegiate Baseball Fab 40 preseason poll (??) came out just before Christmas, and has us as the highest ranked Big 12 team at number 9. Other conference foes to make the list are:
10. Texas
14. OSU
15. Baylor
22. Mizzou

This seems like good news, and it is, but Rice is back again at number 3, which means we will be playing a super regional in Houston and not advancing to the College World Series. Bummer, I was so hopefully for this season.

yeah...what 9 pitchers back...should be very solid on the mound...if nothing else they should wi alot of 1-0 games...I like what Childress is doing...should challenge for the Big 12 again..gotta get Rice outta the mix to go anywhere...
